The legacy of my culinary prowess continued to unfurl at Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golf Links, where I meticulously crafted gastronomic marvels that transcended boundaries of convention. Venturing into uncharted territories as an Executive Chef at illustrious establishments like VARU by Atmosphere Resorts and Spa in the Maldives and JW Marriott Goa in India, I crowned my odyssey with the prestigious title of Head of Culinary at Melia Desert Palm Dubai. Here, amidst the opulent landscapes of Melia, I orchestrate a culinary spectacle that transcends the ordinary, curating gastronomic experiences that redefine luxury and indulgence, setting a new benchmark in haute cuisine.
